Fusions having both the characters techniques

I know this might sound crazy but other than the transformations, can they use the techniques from both the fighters in the fusion? As far as I've seen, we've never seen vegito or gotenks use instant transmission, kamehameha, galick gun, etc. in the manga. Only in video games and the anime(?). How come?

They've never really needed a reason to use the techniques.

Every fusion results effortlessly destroys the opposition, minus the gods of creation and destruction.

To be honest, we never actually see Vegeta use Galic Gun beyond its initial appearance. Even though Galic Gun gets all the credit for being "Vegeta's signature technique", Vegeta's most used technique is the Renzoku Ki Dan.
This is the one where he rapidly throws small blasts at his opponent.

Gotenks uses this at least once. It was after he spiked Boo when he trapped him in that ball thing when he fights him at SSj3.

I'd like to think they don't, I think it makes it more interesting if they never use attacks created by the Fuzees... it makes the Fusion unique and establishes the Fusion Character is it's own entity.

But that's just me.

Gotenks' version is named differently... so I'm not sure we can call it the same technique.

I guess we can agree. It's similar to the Kienzan having multiple variations, even though the characters to use them weren't connected.

The ki bullets is hardly a special attack. Even a hack like Dodoria or Cui could use it and have used it

Dodoria and Cui did that, so did Recoome, practically everyone has done it at one point.

It's also always done nothing, except once to Cell

I don't see why not. There's no difference anyway.

Doesn't really have to be a special attack to be someone's "signature" attack.

Vegeta's signature attack is the Big Bang; he's actually used it twice.
I love building PCs. If you have any questions about it feel free to ask. I can help you with almost any kind of PC you'd want to build.

I was under the impression that "Final Flash" was Vegeta's signature.
